Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. Purpose
We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations are handled by Rocketours International Limited.
2. Flight Cancellations by Customers
Flight cancellation conditions depend on the fare purchased. Before completing payment, customers should review whether their selected fare is refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable and whether cancellation penalties apply.
Customers wishing to cancel should contact Rocketours promptly. Where cancellation is permitted, applicable airline or supplier charges may be deducted from the refundable amount. Rocketours will not impose a cancellation charge that is prohibited or unreasonable under applicable law.
3. Airline-Initiated Cancellations
Where an airline cancels a flight or materially changes the service, Rocketours will assist the customer with options made available under the applicable airline rules and law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include rebooking, travel credit or refund. A supplier-initiated cancellation is treated differently from a voluntary cancellation by the customer.
4. Tour Cancellations
Tour cancellation conditions will be communicated before booking. Any cancellation charge will take account of notice provided, supplier commitments already made, non-recoverable costs, whether the cancelled service can reasonably be resold, the nature of the tour and applicable law. Customized and group tours may have their own cancellation schedules stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
5. Visa and Insurance Cancellations
A customer may request cancellation of a visa assistance service. The amount recoverable depends on the stage reached when cancellation is received. Costs already incurred and work performed may be deducted where lawful and reasonable. Government or third-party fees already submitted may not be recoverable where those organisations do not provide refunds.
Cancellation of an insurance policy is governed by the relevant insurer's terms and applicable law. Rocketours will direct or assist customers with the applicable cancellation procedure.
6. Institutional Bookings and Exceptional Circumstances
Separate cancellation schedules may apply to corporate, school and institutional bookings because of group reservations and supplier commitments. These conditions will be disclosed in the applicable quotation or agreement.
Where applicable law requires cancellation charges to be waived, including qualifying circumstances involving death or hospitalisation, Rocketours will apply those protections. Reasonable supporting documentation may be requested where permitted by law.
7. How to Cancel
Submit cancellation requests to support@rocketours.com, including your full name, booking reference, service to be cancelled, reason for cancellation and relevant supporting documentation where applicable. A cancellation is not completed merely because a request was sent; Rocketours will acknowledge the request and confirm its status after reviewing the applicable booking conditions.
Cancellation does not automatically mean the full amount paid is refundable. Refund entitlement is determined under the Refund Policy, applicable supplier terms and applicable law.
