Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Rocketours website, booking platform and travel related services provided by Rocketours International Limited.
Rocketours International Limited is registered in Nigeria at No. 3 Odin Street, Ward 36A, Amagba GRA, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. By using our website, creating an account, making a booking, requesting a service or making payment to Rocketours, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and any product-specific terms presented before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
2. Our Services
Rocketours provides and facilitates travel related services that may include flight search and booking; customized and group tours; corporate, school and institutional travel; visa application support; travel insurance facilitation; travel consultation and itinerary planning; and other travel related services introduced from time to time.
Some services are provided directly by Rocketours. Others are supplied by airlines, hotels, insurers, visa processing partners, tour operators, payment providers and other independent third parties. Where a third party ultimately supplies a travel product, its applicable terms may also form part of your booking.
3. Flight Bookings
Flight availability, fares and conditions are obtained through airlines and travel technology or distribution partners. Before completing a flight purchase, customers should carefully review the fare conditions displayed for the selected ticket.
Depending on the fare, a ticket may be refundable, partially refundable, non-refundable, changeable subject to a fee, or non-changeable. The conditions applicable to the selected fare govern voluntary changes and cancellations, subject to applicable law. A fare displayed during a search is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed and the booking or ticket has been confirmed.
4. Accuracy of Passenger Information
Customers must ensure that all information provided is complete and accurate. Passenger names should correspond exactly with the relevant travel document. Customers are responsible for checking passenger names, dates of birth, travel dates, destination, passport validity, visa requirements, transit requirements, and any health or entry requirements applicable to the journey.
If incorrect information is supplied, changes may be subject to airline or supplier rules, availability and additional charges.
5. Payments and Service Fees
Rocketours may accept approved online payment methods and bank transfer. A transaction is paid only after successful payment confirmation; for bank transfers, screenshots, receipts or debit alerts do not by themselves constitute confirmation. Until payment is confirmed, prices and availability may change.
Rocketours may charge booking, consultation, processing, management or other service fees. Where applicable, the amount will be disclosed before the transaction. Unless stated otherwise before purchase, a service fee may be non-refundable once the service has been substantially performed, subject to applicable consumer law. Third-party penalties and charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Tours, Institutional Travel and Visa Assistance
Each tour may have its own price, deposit requirement, payment schedule, included and excluded services, cancellation conditions and supplier conditions. A tour is not secured until the required payment has been received and confirmation issued. Recoverability after cancellation may depend on supplier terms and applicable law.
Corporate, school and institutional services may be governed by a separate proposal, quotation, service agreement or contract; an individually negotiated written agreement prevails to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
Rocketours provides visa-related assistance and processing support but does not issue visas or control embassies, consulates, immigration authorities or visa application centres. Payment does not guarantee visa approval, a particular processing time, an appointment date or entry into a destination country. Visa decisions remain solely with the relevant authority.
7. Travel Insurance and Third Parties
Rocketours may facilitate access to travel insurance provided by appropriately authorised insurance providers or intermediaries. Rocketours is not the insurer unless expressly stated otherwise. The insurer's policy wording determines coverage, exclusions, limits, eligibility, cancellation rights and claims.
Rocketours may rely on independent airlines, hotels, tour operators, travel technology providers, payment processors, visa processing providers, insurance providers and ground transportation providers. Rocketours will exercise reasonable care in selecting and managing partners within its control, but does not control their independent operations. Nothing removes any responsibility Rocketours has under applicable law.
8. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Airlines and other suppliers may change schedules, routes, aircraft, hotels, services or other booking elements. Where Rocketours becomes aware of a material change, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it and assist with available options.
Customers wishing to cancel or change a booking should contact Rocketours promptly. Charges may depend on the fare or product, supplier rules, notice provided, costs already incurred, recoverability from suppliers and applicable law. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and relevant product or supplier conditions. Please see our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
9. Customer Responsibilities, Data and Liability
Customers are responsible for ensuring they possess necessary travel documents unless Rocketours has expressly agreed to provide a particular documentation service. Requirements may include passports, visas, permits, vaccinations or other documentation, and may change.
Customers must not use the website or services for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised system access, malicious activity or submission of false information. Rocketours processes personal data in connection with bookings and services as described in the Data Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Rocketours will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including certain acts of government authorities, immigration authorities or independent travel suppliers. We do not exclude liability where exclusion would be prohibited by law.
10. General
Travel may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, airport closures and other extraordinary events. Where these circumstances affect a booking, Rocketours will assist based on available supplier options, contractual terms and applicable law.
Complaints may be submitted to complaints@rocketours.com with your full name, booking reference, contact information and a clear description of the issue. Rocketours may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, suppliers, regulation or business operations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting available consumer rights.
